Copyright policy

The Museum of the First Piasts at Lednica and the Editors of the journal „Studia Lednickie” (“Lednica Studies”) ensure to comply with copyright policy.

The journal “Studia Lednickie” (“Lednica Studies”) is an Open Access journal which means that all content is freely available without charge to the user or her/his institution. Users are allowed to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of the articles, or use them for any other lawful purpose, without asking prior permission from the publisher or the author.

The Author declares that the submitted text does not infringe the copyrights and the rights of third parties.

The Author should reveal the contribution of co-authors, particular third parties to the paper (providing affiliation and contribution, i.e. information who is the author of the idea, assumptions, methods, protocol etc. used in the process of paper preparation).

The Author does not retain property rights ( is only moral copyright-holder), as he grants a license to the publisher of the journal Studia Lednickie.

The Author declares that the article does not contain the following phenomena: ghostwriting, guest autorship or honorary authorship.

The Author grants the Museum of the First Piasts at Lednica and the Editors of the journal „Studia Lednickie” (“Lednica Studies”) an exclusive license to the article for all fields of exploitation free of charge.

The license is granted for a definite period of 99 years.

The Author of the article authorizes the Museum of the First Piasts at Lednica and the Editors of the journal „Studia Lednickie” (“Lednica Studies”) to grant further licenses (sublicenses).

The Authors declare that they are familiar with the Open Access policy and the text of the publishing agreement [form].
